What data we process
We process your email address for the purpose of Magic Link authentication and account access. No passwords are stored. No additional personal data is collected unless you provide it voluntarily.
Legal basis
Processing is based on contractual necessity — your email address is required to provide you with access to your ARCSLIST account (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR / contract performance).
How long we keep your data
Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address above.
Third-party processors
Your data is stored with Supabase (EU hosting, Frankfurt region). No personal data is shared with any other third party.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
